Repair Policy
Executive Coach Builders will not pay for any down time or loss of revenue during repair time or part installation. However, if the vehicle is still under warranty with Executive Coach Builders, we will, at our expense, send parts on a next business day basis if it is within the usual business hours of parcel shipping companies. If a repair is needed after Executive Coach Builders' office has closed, we will only pay the expenses of shipping parts that would be incurred if the parts were shipped within the usual business hours of parcel shipping companies. We will not pay for any unauthorized claims if no prior call has been made to the Executive Coach Warranty Department. Please refer to the warranty for the authorization of claims process.
Any bill received from a repair center will be paid Net 30 after unused parts have been received at Executive Coach Builders from the repair center. If a part is to be returned to Executive Coach Builders, an ARS ticket will be sent with the new part for your ease in returning the unused parts to Executive Coach Builders.
Any customer having to pay for a repair will be reimbursed within one (1) week of Executive Coach Builders' receipt of the bill, if the repair was authorized by Executive Coach Builders and covered under the warranty
